MIDLIFE RECLAIMED COACHING

Coaching conversations for women ready to reconnect with themselves and shape the next stage of life with intention.

Midlife often brings a quiet turning point.

For many women, it’s the stage where old roles, expectations, and ways of living no longer quite fit — yet the next chapter isn’t fully clear.

Midlife Reclaimed Coaching offers a reflective space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore what matters most as you move forward.

These conversations are designed for women who are no longer in the thick of burnout or psychological distress, but who want thoughtful support navigating the shifts that midlife often brings.

Together we create space to reflect, gain clarity, and consider meaningful next steps aligned with the life you want to live.

What Coaching Can Support

Coaching conversations may explore areas such as:

• reconnecting with yourself beyond roles and responsibilities
• navigating identity changes during midlife
• exploring life direction and purpose
• integrating life after burnout recovery
• building sustainable rhythms for wellbeing
• aligning your life more closely with your values

Each session is guided by your reflections, priorities, and where you feel called to explore.

About Shannon

I’m a Clinical Psychologist, author of Nothing Left to Give, and creator of the Midlife Reclaimed podcast and community.

Through my work with midlife women over many years, I’ve seen how this stage of life can become a powerful turning point — not just for recovery from burnout, but for rediscovering who you are and how you want to live.

Coaching offers a space for those reflective conversations.

Who Coaching Is For

Midlife Reclaimed Coaching may be a good fit if you:

• feel ready to focus on growth and life direction
• are navigating change during midlife
• want space to reflect on what matters most to you now
• are seeking a thoughtful conversation partner as you explore the next stage of life

Many women come to coaching after working through burnout recovery, or when they feel ready to shape the next chapter of their lives with more intention.

Who Coaching Is Not For

Midlife Reclaimed Coaching is designed for women who are psychologically stable and seeking reflection and growth during midlife.

If you are currently experiencing significant emotional distress, active burnout, or mental health concerns that require therapeutic support, psychological therapy may be more appropriate.

If this arises during coaching, we will discuss appropriate support options.

How Coaching Sessions Work

Sessions are offered as individual coaching conversations conducted via telehealth.

Session length: 60 minutes
Fee: $270 per session

There is no requirement to commit to packages. Some women book a single session, while others return occasionally when they want space for reflection.

Book a Coaching Session

If you feel coaching may be helpful at this stage of your life, the first step is to book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call.

This brief conversation allows us to:

• discuss what you are hoping for
• explore whether coaching is appropriate
• answer any questions you may have

The discovery call is not a coaching or therapy session.

Coaching, Therapy, and Community

Coaching and Therapy

Although I am a registered Clinical Psychologist, coaching sessions are provided in a non-clinical capacity.

Coaching focuses on reflection, personal growth, and life direction.

It is not psychological therapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

If concerns arise that would benefit from psychological care, appropriate therapy or referral options may be discussed.

Therapy and coaching are not provided concurrently.

Coaching and Community

Midlife Reclaimed Coaching sits alongside the Midlife Reclaimed community, podcast, and educational resources.

Some women find coaching after being part of the community, while others arrive through the podcast or other resources.
